1. What is the filing authorization code?

The filing authorization code is an authorization certificate generated by the ECS for filing, which actually points to the IP address of the server. Old Wei understands that the authorization code is bound to the generation server. The server that generates the authorization code can only be used on that server.
If there is no ECS meeting the filing conditions in Tencent's cloud account, you can use the filing authorization code for filing.
The generation condition of the filing authorization code is that the ECS that creates the filing authorization code must meet the requirements of the filing cloud service, And the real name authentication type of the account is enterprise 。

Illustrate the use scenario of filing authorization code

Old Wei has registered account A and account B in Tencent Cloud. I bought ECS under account A to build the official websites of the head office and branches, while account B did not purchase services. because One Tencent cloud account can only record one entity (Here, the head office and branch offices are two main bodies). Therefore, the filing of another entity needs to be placed in account B. Since account B has not purchased an ECS, it needs to submit a filing authorization code, which is generated by the ECS of account A.

In the case of enterprise real name authentication, one server can generate up to 5 filing authorization codes.

3. Can record authorization codes be purchased from others?

4. Why can't I apply for a filing authorization code after purchasing an ECS?

Successful generation of filing authorization code must meet the following conditions:

A. The billing mode of ECS must be yearly/monthly, and the actual purchase time is more than 3 months. The ECS in pay as you go mode does not support the generation of filing authorization codes 。

B. When purchasing ECS, you must check "Assign Public IP", as shown in the following figure.

C. The real name authentication type of Tencent cloud account must be enterprise.

D. Each ECS can generate up to 5 filing authorization codes.

E. The IP used to generate the filing authorization code cannot be a load balancing IP. Because the load balancer is a pay as you go product, it does not support the generation of filing authorization codes.

The ECS must meet the above conditions before it can apply for a filing authorization code. Generally speaking, ECS meets the requirements of A, B and C, and no more than 5 authorization codes are generated.

5. Can the filing authorization code be reused?

The filing authorization code is disposable 。 When using the filing authorization code for filing, there are two cases:

A. If the filing authorization code is used for filing, but the filing is abandoned halfway, that is, the filing authorization code has not been successfully used, then as long as the filing authorization code is within the validity period (the authorization will expire when the server IP expires), it can be used again for filing.

B. If the filing authorization code has been successfully used for filing, the filing authorization code can no longer be used.

6. What is the reason for invalid filing authorization code?

The invalid authorization code may be caused by the expiration of the server. If you want to continue using the filing authorization code, please renew the server.

7. How to apply for filing authorization code?

Click Login For account A that has purchased ECS, enter the [Website Filing Console]>[Filing Authorization Code] page and [Generate Authorization Code].
Select the cloud service to associate and enter the generation process. After the filing authorization code is generated successfully, you can view the specific authorization code, change the cloud service or delete it on the page.

8. There is a server under the account, but the application for filing authorization code prompts that there is no associated ECS. What should I do?

In case of the above situation, first judge the server type. Only ECS servers with annual/monthly subscription for 3 months or more in mainland China can generate filing authorization codes.

9. Use of filing authorization code

Click Login If there is no B account available for ECS, enter the [Website Filing Console], and on the [Filing Management] page [Start Filing], enter the filing process.
Fill in the filing steps, select [Filing Authorization Code] from [Corresponding Cloud Service] in the website information, and paste the filing authorization code generated by account A.
After the verification is successful, use account B to continue filing. The filing IP address is the IP address corresponding to the ECS that provides the filing authorization code.
