Vyshanvi Terraces has a waterfall and even during water crisis in Bengaluru and inspite of circular from BBMP, they switch on the noisy waterfall for entertainment purposes.

It disturbs the neighbouring Pride apartments residents who have elderly people and the noisy is untolerable.

Inspite of request to stop the waterfall, the association has not paid any heed to the request.

Vaishnavi Serene West Facing Flats are not vastu compliant. Please consult vastu expert before investing your hard earned money. The way from main road to VS are not lit and it is very dark during night. Little risky to travel by walk or two wheeler during night as street lights are not lit and namesake street lights are there on IVRI Road connecting from CRPF to Vaishnavi Serene.

Money minded. Once advance paid. We need to be behind different person like government office. They will change the policy at anytime without prior notification to customer.

Think TWICE before booking. Since you need to forgo 10% amount.

The location of the property need proper build-up. The locality needs to cater to the daily needs of goods and services since there are no such proper facilities. There are a very few retail and factory outlets in the nearby vicinity. The multi-product stores and a shopping mall need good amount of development.

They said that they would be making a separate play space for kids but there is nothng of that sort. Also, the other amenities that they promised us are not there. We did not pay so much for this.

The staff of Vaishnavi are very cordial and take time to answer our queries and clarifications. When we had questions regarding GST, apart from the personal explanation when we visited the office they also shared the calculations how the benefits are worked out and passed on the benefit. This I think is the first in the Industry. Over all I have had a pleasant experience interacting with them.

I have bought a flat in Vaishnavi Gardenia. The builder is loosing reputation since he has failed to pass credit inputs to the customer after implementation of GST. Vaishnavi has been overshooting the price on to its customers. Many customers are dissatisfied with this approach.

Vaishnavi is a bad choice in the market in the present situation

I have booked a project in Vaishnavi Orchids project and the project is delayed for handover for over a year. Still no commitment from them on when they will handover and tired of chasing them continuously.

Very shoddy planning and project management. Get ready to be stonewalled and wait endlessly to get what you have been paid for.
