    This... maybe you misunderstood the retina. In fact, in MacBook Pro or iMac, the resolution is really large, but actually it only gives you a fixed resolution size, such as 720P or 900P. HiDPI technology is involved here, which is probably a multi pixel synthesis technology. If the computer has turned on HiDPI mode rendering, the display effect is directly "retina", not resolution.
