We hope you’ll fall in love with your new furniture！However，if you aren’t fully satisfied with your product，we have you covered with our30-day return policy for all eligible orders。
Your satisfaction means the world to us！We take full responsibility if your product was damaged in transit，has missing parts，orif we accidentally shipped the wrong item。However，we need your help to keep us informed。Please contact our customer service team within7days of receiving your product if you encounter any of these problems，and we’ll happily resolve the issue free of charge。
Please note that we may ask you to send us pictures of any damaged or defective parts，so we may help you more quickly and efficiently。

We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase。If，for any reason，you aren’t quite satisfied with your product，you have up to 30days after the delivery date to initiate a return for all eligible products。Don’t recycle your boxes just yet！Items eligible for a return must be in their original condition and packaging。
How do you initiate a return？

Please note that returns initiated from area restricted service are subject to a return fee equivalent to the original shipping fees。Rest assured，if the item arrives damaged or there are missing parts，we will take care of the return or the shipment of replacement parts at no additional cost。
Refunds
If the item is returned in its original condition and packaging，we will refund the price of the item at the time of purchase。A20%deduction will be applied to cover restocking fees。
Refunds will be issued to the original payment methin5-7business days following the confirmation of the item pickup。
If you placed an order to a restricted service area，the original shipping fees are non-refundable。
