The "core journal" is determined by the libraries of several universities in China according to the citation rate, reprint rate, abstract rate and other indicators of the journal. The standards for confirming core journals are also formulated by some university libraries, and the evaluation and entry standards of each university library are also different. The press and publication administration department has not participated in such selection activities.
