Is a non profit’s website considered a commercial use?

We are a non profit organization that have been using the free version for non- commercial use. We are adding an online shop in our website in which we are going to sell our books. Does this mean that we would not be able to use the free version, and will need to upgrade to the payed account? If so, do you offer any program with special reduced fees for non profits?
