   3、 Admission conditions

(1) Conditions for enrollment of school-age children with household registration in this city

1. Primary school enrolment conditions. All school-age children who have reached the age of 6 (born before August 31, 2018) and meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Having the household registration in Shunyi District;

(2) Having the household registration in other districts of the city, and his parents holding the property certificate of Shunyi District;

(3) Houseless families with household registration in other districts of the city, whose parents have worked and lived in Shunyi District for a long time, meet the conditions of continuously renting in Shunyi District and actually living in Shunyi District for more than 3 years, registering and filing on the housing leasing supervision platform, and one parent has been legally and stably employed in Shunyi District for more than 3 years.

2. Junior high school entrance conditions. Students who have completed primary education and meet one of the following conditions:

(2) Conditions for enrollment of school-age children and adolescents not registered in the city

If there is any further demand for admission to the housing site, it shall be coordinated and solved by multiple schools.

2. Take September 1, 2021 as the time node. After this time, school-age children and adolescents from families who have obtained real estate in Shunyi District will be enrolled in school. Multi school zoning will be implemented, and no longer correspond to one school.

3. The property right of the house used for school enrollment must be 100% of the property right of the parents of school-age children (except for the government jointly owned houses). Children and adolescents with household registration in this district can be extended to "four old" (grandparents, maternal grandparents) houses. If the property right of the house is jointly owned by the parents, or the "four old" children with household registration in the district are jointly owned by their parents, it shall be calculated according to the sum of their property rights. 4.    5、 Job requirements

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. The District Education Commission has established a leading group for compulsory education enrollment, with the director of the Education Commission as the group leader, the competent leader of relevant departments as the deputy group leader, and the relevant departments such as the secondary education department, the primary education department, the preschool department, the private department, the planning and construction center, the comprehensive management department, the discipline inspection commission, the office and the recruitment center as members. 1、 Audit content

For children and adolescents of school-age who are not registered in this city and need to receive compulsory education in this district because their parents (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) work or live in this district, after participating in the information registration, the applicant must go to the neighborhood office or town government where they live for review with their own employment materials, actual residence and residence materials, household register of the whole family, residence permit of Beijing City and other relevant materials.

2、 Audit procedure

(1) Sub district office or town government accepts the application for review

From May 6 to May 31, 2024, the applicant will log in to the "Shunyi District" port of the "Beijing Compulsory Education Enrollment Service Platform", participate in enrollment information collection, and complete the relevant information, which must be true, complete and accurate. (2) Joint review by relevant departments

3、 Audit criteria

(1) Review standard for employment materials of migrant workers

The employment materials for migrant workers must meet one of the following conditions:

1、 Audit criteria

(1) Family Household Register Review Standard

1. The school-age children are registered in non Shunyi District of this city, and at least one of their parents is registered in this city.
