At Dex-O-Tex，we offer both polyurethane（Aero-Flor，High Performance Topcoat）and polyuria（Quik-Glaze）coating products。Both coating systems provide maximum protection against the effects of moisture，chemicals，abrasion，corrosion，and daily wear。Their resistance to chemicals makes them an ideal solution for food processing facilities which are exposed to acids like milk and dairy products。They are also suitable for car parks，warehouses，and high traffic industrial facilities。
Insome cases，polyurethane’s sensitivity to humidity and temperatures below32ºF can result in blisters underneath the coating。Problems like these paved the way for polyurea coatings which are specifically formulated to withstand harsher environments。Unlike polyurethanes，polyureas perform well even in extremely low temperatures（-20ºF）during application while maintaining its resistance to fluids and abrasion。
