The compulsory education enrollment in this city adheres to the principle of being near without examination. Primary school enrollment is mainly based on registration, combined with single school division and multi school division, and primary school enrollment is free of examination and voluntary placement. Beijing will further optimize the enrollment service platform to make more data and less parents' errands, and strive to achieve "One Network Access" to promote more convenient, efficient and transparent enrollment. The important time arrangement for compulsory education enrollment in Beijing this year is the same as that in previous years.
Previously, the Ministry of Education issued a notice to deploy the compulsory education sunshine enrollment special action. Beijing strictly implements the requirements of the Ministry of Education, formulates action plans, fully implements them, focuses on optimizing and improving policies and measures, strictly supervises the enrollment process, increases information disclosure, checks and evaluates the implementation and other key tasks, and comprehensively strengthens the enrollment management of compulsory education.
This year, we will further strengthen the "four prohibitions": it is strictly prohibited to use exam results and various competition certificates, training competition results, grade examination certificates, etc. as the basis for enrollment; it is strictly prohibited to select students in the form of interviews, evaluations, resumes, etc.; it is strictly prohibited for schools and off campus training institutions to recruit and select students in advance in the form of training classes, campus open days, summer camps, etc, It is strictly forbidden for any school to recruit students in the name of experimental class, characteristic class, international department, international course class, etc. Beijing will strictly enforce discipline and accountability, strengthen supervision of enrollment before, during and after the event, and strictly regulate it.
In recent years, in order to meet the people's expectations of learning, Beijing has deeply promoted reform and innovation, continued to focus on expanding excellence and improving quality, and solidly promoted the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education. At present, the coverage rate of group education in the city has reached 75%, school district management has covered 90% of primary and secondary schools, and 100% of township compulsory education schools have received "hand in hand" assistance. A regular exchange and job rotation mechanism has basically been formed, and the coverage of high-quality resources has been expanding. For three consecutive years, the "20000 new primary and secondary school degrees" livelihood practical project has been implemented, with a cumulative increase of more than 110000 degrees, and 100% of the new degrees have achieved high-quality supply.
In accordance with the general idea of "big subtraction, small addition, multi-channel and new carrier", Beijing has taken the reform of the senior high school entrance examination as the entry point of educational evaluation reform, and digitalization as an important measure to build a high-quality basic education system to promote the systematic leap of basic education. Recently, a new mode of "whole area teaching and research" has also been launched to give better play to the professional support of teaching and research work for basic education, and gradually build a new pattern of teaching and research with vertical linkage, horizontal coordination, professional efficiency and strong support to support the high-quality development of basic education in the capital.
