Special introduction: Focusing on the needs of Tibet's economic and social development, we have participated in rural education, rural construction services, healthy villages, youth work at the grass-roots level, rural social governance and other work in county and township grassroots units.

Selection criteria: meet the selection criteria of the Western Plan. Normal education, agronomy, medicine and related science and engineering, humanities and social sciences and other majors are preferred, and serving as the head of league organizations at all levels is preferred.
