Product description:

PQ340F/Y hard sealing eccentric hemisphere valve uses eccentric valve body, eccentric ball and valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, it is automatically centered in the common track. The valve stem closes more tightly during the closing process, fully achieving good sealing performance. The ball of the valve is completely separated from the valve seat, which eliminates the wear of the sealing ring and overcomes the problem of constant wear between the traditional ball valve seat and the ball sealing surface. The non-metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. This product is especially suitable for steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas and other media.

Maintenance of pneumatic ball valve:

Preparations for pneumatic ball valve before installation:
1. Ensure that the installation position of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve is on the same axis, and the two flanges on the pipeline should be kept parallel. Confirm that the pipeline can bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve itself. If it is found that the pipeline cannot bear the weight of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve, equip the pipeline with corresponding support before installation.
2. Confirm whether there are impurities, welding slag, etc. in the pipeline, and purge the pipeline.
3. Check the nameplate of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve, operate the pneumatic pipeline ball valve fully open and fully close for several times, confirm that the valve can work normally, and then check all details of the valve comprehensively to ensure that the valve is intact.
4. Remove the protective covers at both ends of the valve, check whether the inside of the valve body is clean, and clean the inner cavity of the valve body. Since the sealing surface of the pneumatic pipeline ball valve is spherical, even small sundries may cause damage to the sealing surface.
