Research background and purpose
In order to improve the management level and operational efficiency of a company, and formulate an effective long-term development strategy suitable for the company, the company chose ABB (Group) as a benchmark enterprise to conduct research, mainly from the company level organizational learning level and key business execution level, and achieve the following two purposes:
First, organizational structure: fully understand the successful experience, business development mode, technology resource sharing mode, multi business collaboration strategy and management mode, cross organizational processes, product line management, etc. of the benchmarking enterprise ABB (Group) globalization.
Second, key business execution: fully understand the management and control mode and successful experience of the benchmarking enterprise ABB (Group) in marketing management, technology management system, manufacturing system, logistics system, after-sales service system, information system, etc.
