Project Background
Since its establishment, XXXX Petrochemical Co., Ltd. In 2006 and 2007, the company entered the ranks of "Top 500 Enterprises in China's Chemical Industry" and "Top 500 Enterprises in China's Chemical Industry Economic Benefits". Its economic model basically has the characteristics of "two ends outside", and the purchase and sale of raw materials and products have also formed a huge logistics volume. At the same time, there are many large well-known production enterprises around the company, such as "Kohler", "Leifa", "Dongyue Group", "Bohui Group", "Jincheng Petrochemical" and other enterprises, which have developed rapidly, forming a huge demand for industrial logistics. Some commercial enterprises also have strong demand for logistics, such as "Wal Mart Supermarket", "Liqun Supermarket", "Ginza" and other large malls. These enterprises provide necessary logistics demand conditions for the construction and development of modern logistics parks in the future.
With the construction of XX Petrochemical Railway Line and the rapid development of Dongying, Binzhou and other cities, the coastal railway line will form a network with Zidong (Dongying) Railway in the future, and XX Petrochemical will have obvious advantages in railway.
In addition, there are many power plants and chemical plants around XX (such as Dongyue Group, Bohui Group and other enterprises) that need a large amount of raw materials (such as coal, only XX Petrochemical needs 1.4 million tons of coal every year). These raw materials are transported from other places, and the transportation cost is very high. After the completion of the railway line, we can take advantage of the advantages of internal railway line transportation, Carry out point-to-point transportation. The planning of the company's special railway line should consider radiating surrounding enterprises. It can develop conveyor belt and scattered automobile transportation, and can also use containers to serve enterprises producing products with high added value (such as German Leifa). 1. Project objectives
After the project is put into operation, 268 people can be employed. The construction of the project has a historic role in optimizing the integration and allocation of logistics resources in XX County, realizing the modernization of transportation and trade circulation, and promoting the economic construction and logistics development of the whole county. After the completion of the project, it can effectively radiate the surrounding provinces and cities in central Shandong and provide value-added services to the surrounding customers, and further consolidate and expand the market share of enterprises.
