The Key Points of Work put forward 9 implementation measures:
First, we should appropriately advance the layout of digital infrastructure, deepen the construction of information and communication networks, accelerate the construction of a national integrated computing network, and comprehensively develop data infrastructure.
The second is to accelerate the construction of the data infrastructure system, promote the implementation of the "20 Data Rules", increase the openness of public data development, and release the value of data elements.
Third, we will deepen the digital transformation of industries, deepen the transformation of manufacturing from intelligent to digital to Internet, vigorously promote the digital transformation of key areas, and create a digital transformation ecosystem.
Fourth, accelerate the promotion of digital technology innovation breakthrough, deepen the independent innovation of key core technologies, enhance the competitiveness of core industries, vigorously cultivate new business forms and models, and build digital industry clusters.
