1、 Spring Festival holiday
From January 18, 2023 (the 27th day of the lunar calendar) to January 28, 2023 (the seventh day of the first month of the lunar calendar), a total of 10 days.
During the Spring Festival, we will continue to provide you with 7 * 24 services through the following channels:

Channel 2: service hotline 400-990-9934, switch to 3 for technical support;
2、 Warm tips
1. Please pay attention to the resource expiration time and renew in advance to avoid business impact;
2. Please expand and upgrade the capacity in advance according to the service usage to avoid the impact on the service;
3. Due to the closure of the computer room during the Spring Festival, equipment access will be affected, and other maintenance will not be affected, so it is recommended to arrange in advance.
4. Since the Spring Festival holiday of cooperative express is from January 11 to 27, the mailing of the filing curtain will be suspended from January 11 to 27, and the delivery will be arranged on January 28. If there is an urgent need, you can contact the online customer service to arrange the payment upon arrival of SF.
5. We will normally receive complaints and suggestions during the Spring Festival, and we will deal with them at 09:00 on January 28 as soon as possible;
6. Value added service work order: relevant services will not be provided temporarily from January 21 to January 24, and services will be officially resumed at 09:00 on January 25;
7. In order to reduce the risk of loss of paper invoices mailed during holidays, the mailing business of paper invoices was suspended from January 20 to January 27 (the application was not affected), and the issuance and mailing were resumed on January 28;
8. During the Spring Festival, customer service, filing and other posts will be taken off on statutory holidays, and service will be officially resumed at 09:00 on January 28 (the seventh day of the first lunar month).
