The data center is jointly led by Dongguan Mobile and Dongguan Mingqitong (the parent company is Hong Kong Mingqitong Telecom). Kufan Cloud Computing has completed the establishment of a multi line BGP network, as well as the construction, operation and maintenance of China Unicom Service Co., Ltd. The overall design is in accordance with GB50174 Grade A and TIA942 Tier 3+. The power system, air conditioning system and communication network system meet TIA942 Tier 4. It is the first financial electronic settlement center in China approved by the head office of the People's Bank of China and has the advantages of high security, high stability and high level.

China Telecom (Shenyang) Data Center is a high standard data center invested by China Telecom Group in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The total capacity of the machine room is 425 standard cabinets, the total area of the machine room is about 2000 m ^ 2, and a VIP area of 1000 m ^ 2 is reserved. The UPS supporting machine room is located on the basement of the building. The planned installation power consumption of all 425 cabinets is 3KVA/frame, 16 network racks, 2 ODF racks, 4 EDF racks, and 18 rows of cabinets are all equipped with independent power supply cabinets. The machine room is equipped with a set of infrared video monitoring system, air conditioning system, full-automatic gas fire fighting system, and the corresponding supporting environmental system construction standards meet the four-star IDC machine room evaluation standards.

The total investment of China Telecom Tianmu Lake International Data Center project is about 500 million yuan.
