You clearly understand and agree that 91 Franchise Network will not be liable for any damages arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to losses in profits, goodwill, use, data and other aspects or damages for other intangible losses (whether 91 Franchise Network has been informed of the possibility of such damages or not): (i) use or failure to use the "Service"; (ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, materials or services through or from the Services, or the receipt of any information through or from the Services, or the conclusion of any transaction; (iii) Access or change your transmission data or data without approval; (iv) Any third party's statement or behavior on the Service; Or (v) any other matter relating to the Services for any reason, including negligence.
Article 17 Compensation
You agree that if you violate this Agreement or other documents incorporated into this Agreement as mentioned herein, or because you violate the law or infringe the rights of a third party, a third party makes a claim against 91 Alliance Network and its subsidiaries, branches, directors, employees, agents (including judicial fees and other professional fees), you must compensate 91 Alliance Network and its subsidiaries Branches, directors, employees and agents shall be protected from losses.
Article 18 Compliance with Laws
You shall comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and regulations related to your use of the "Service", and your purchase and sale of any goods, services and provision of business information.
Article 19 No agency relationship
You and 91 franchise network are only independent contractors. This Agreement is not intended to form or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment and being employed or franchise granting and being granted relationship.
Article 20 Advertising and Financial Services
You communicate with or conduct business dealings or participate in the promotion activities of advertisers who are looking for on or through the "Service", including the payment and delivery of relevant goods or services, as well as any other terms, conditions, guarantees or statements related to such business dealings, only between you and the advertiser. You agree that 91 Franchise Network is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from any such business dealings or the presence of such advertisers on the "Service". If you intend to create or participate in any service related to any company or investment through the "service", or collect or request any news information, cautionary information or other materials related to any company, investment or through the "service", please note that 91 Franchise Network will not be concerned about the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any such materials transmitted through the "service" Profitability is responsible or assumes any responsibility, and will not be responsible or assume any responsibility for any transaction or investment decision made based on such information.

"Service" or a third party can provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Since 91 Franchise Network does not control such websites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that 91 Franchise Network is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not recognize any content, publicity, products, services or other materials on or available from such websites or resources, nor is it responsible or liable for them. You further acknowledge and agree that 91 Franchise Network will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused (or claimed to be caused) by the use or reliance of such content, publicity, products, services or other materials obtained from such websites or resources.
Article 22 Notice
Unless otherwise expressly specified, any notice shall be sent by e-mail, and (in the case of 91 franchise network) the e-mail address is qinsimi295@163.com , or (as far as you are concerned) to the email address you provided to 91 Franchise Network during the registration process, or such other address specified by the relevant party. Twenty four (24) hours after the e-mail is sent, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered unless the sender is informed that the relevant e-mail address has been invalidated. Alternatively, 91 Franchise Network can send the notice to the address you provided to 91 Franchise Network during the registration process by prepaid registered mail and request receipt. In such case, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered three (3) days after the date of posting.
Article 23 Force Majeure
91 Franchise Network will not bear any responsibility for the delay or failure of 91 Franchise Network's performance due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, war acts, government acts, communication or other facilities failures or serious casualties.
Article 24 Transfer
91 Franchise Network does not need your consent to transfer this agreement.
Article 25 Other provisions
This agreement supersedes any previous written or oral agreement between you and 91 Franchise Network on the same matter. All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be revoked and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The clause title is only for convenience of reference and does not define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limit of the clause in any way. 91 The failure of Franchise Net to take action against a breach of contract by you or others does not mean that Franchise Net withdraws its right to take action against any subsequent or similar breach.
Article 26 Litigation
Any dispute arising from or related to this statement or the services of 91 Franchise Network shall be brought to the people's court where 91 Franchise Network is located, and the laws of the People's Republic of China shall govern.
