Scope of authority of entrusted agent:
（1） Introduce the basic information of Party A and the securities market to customers;
（2） Introduce the basic knowledge of securities investment and business processes such as account opening, trading, capital deposit and withdrawal to customers, and fully reveal the risks of securities investment;
（3） Introduce laws, administrative regulations, CSRC regulations, self-discipline rules and Party A's regulations related to securities trading to customers;
（4） Deliver open market information, research reports and information related to securities investment uniformly provided by Party A to customers;
（5） Deliver the promotional materials and relevant information of securities financial products uniformly provided by Party A to customers;
（6） Other activities that securities brokers may engage in as prescribed by laws, administrative regulations and the CSRC.
