This charging standard is formulated by our company according to the comprehensive factors such as operating cost and risk, and is only applicable to all products of our company beyond the warranty period and not free of charge.

1、 Service area and charging standard

● Areas providing door-to-door service: including Chengdu, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, and other areas shall pay the actual expenses.

Service charge for door-to-door personnel: 200 yuan/day (if it exceeds half a day, it will be counted as one day if it is less than one day); Transportation fee: charged according to the actual amount;

● The charging standard for return to factory maintenance includes: maintenance cost+freight.

Maintenance fee: tax inclusive value of accessories * 1.2+service fee 200 yuan/time; Freight: charged according to the actual cost.

2、 Maintenance quotation

After receiving the fault machine sent by the customer for repair, it detects the fault and faxes a quotation to the customer. After the customer confirms the return and makes payment, it can be returned for repair.

3、 Repair invoice

● If an invoice is required, the expenses shall be transferred to the company's corporate account.

● If no invoice is required, it shall be directly remitted to the personal account designated by the company.

4、 Service response time

● Working hours: 8.30-17.30 from Monday to Friday to accept customer service requests (except national legal holidays). In case of special circumstances such as overtime, both parties shall negotiate and the customer shall pay overtime pay.

● Time limit for maintenance: the maintenance shall be completed within 7 working days after the customer makes the payment. In case of special circumstances such as production stoppage of components of the original model, both parties shall discuss.
