If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please immediately stop visiting and using this website or any other mobile application or software to provide related services. Your registration, login and use shall be deemed as that you have read and agreed to sign this agreement.
Please read the foregoing exemption, limitation, dispute resolution and jurisdiction terms again before you confirm your acceptance of this agreement. 2、 "Qibo Network": refers to the third-party business blog (space) platform provided and operated by Hangzhou Qibo Network Technology Co., Ltd. 5、 "Qibo Network Service Provider": Hangzhou Qibo Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, referred to as "Hangzhou Qibo" for short.
6、 "Business Space/Blog Service": refers to the Internet information service and related software technology service provided by Hangzhou Qibo Company to users on Qibo website, generally referred to as "Business Space/Blog Service", which is divided into two parts: information display at the front and information release and management at the back, Both functions of the service under this agreement are provided and terminated at the same time, and users cannot order or use them separately.

1.1 You may need to register an account when using the services provided by Qibo. Please confirm that you use your real mobile phone number that has not been bound to the Qibo account, and please confirm that the mobile phone number of the registered Qibo account has not been banned by Qibo according to this agreement.
1.2 The account name and password set when you register will be used as the effective identification of Qibo Network to identify your identity, and it is specially reminded that the account name and password are set by you and kept by you; You should be legally responsible for all activities and events after logging in with your name and password.
1.3 You should not transfer or lend your account or password to others. If you find that your account has been illegally used by others, you should immediately notify Qibo. Qibo will not bear any responsibility for the illegal use of the account and password by others due to hacking or your negligence in safekeeping.
1.4 If you want to use the services under this agreement, you must submit relevant information and supporting documents in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant rules of Qibo, page tips and other requirements. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to ensure that the information and data you provide are true, legal, accurate and effective, and must be updated in time in case of any change. Based on the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, platform management, etc., you agree that Qibo can conduct random inspection on the information and supporting documents you submit from time to time and require you to submit more information or supporting documents for the above purposes. If the information you provided violates the requirements of this article, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and Qibo reserves the right to terminate your use of Qibo's services. You understand and agree that Qibo will only review user information, supporting documents, space/blog creation, category publishing rights and other applications at the general public awareness level. Unless otherwise specified by law, Qibo will not be responsible for the losses caused by users' reliance on the review results.
1.5 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read this agreement and complete the registration and use the services provided by Sina with the participation of your parents or legal guardians.

2.1 Qibo Network mainly provides a kind of cyberspace or blog service for marketing and promotion needs of individuals and small and micro enterprises. It will provide services including but not limited to "ordinary space/blog" (referred to as "ordinary members"), "business space/blog" (referred to as "business members"), and "golden enterprise blog/space" according to their respective needs (referred to as "gold member" for short) service, users can publish and share industry business information, experience, product technology information, supply and demand cooperation opportunities, and display personal professional expertise on their own/self-service business space/blog.
2.2 At present, Qibo does not accept chemical industry, medicine, hospital, medical treatment, plastic surgery, beauty, direct marketing, finance, stock security futures, electronic cigarette, K12 related education and training and other industries, but not limited to users and enterprises in this industry. There are other special industries, including auction appraisal industry, but not limited to this industry, which can only enjoy gold medal related services. If you belong to a special industry or you do not know the nature of your industry, please consult Qibo customer service in advance. If you pay directly without consulting, you agree to this clause.
2.3 The business space/blog service provided by Qibo is mainly divided into two levels of functions, namely: (1) information display at the front (open to the outside world), and (2) information release and management at the back (independent of users). Users can publish and manage relevant information independently/self-help through their exclusive business space/blog. Once the information is published, it will be made public, and visitors to the enterprise blog can browse freely.
2.4 The services provided by Qibo are divided into free services and paid services, which may be provided in different product forms, such as "ordinary members", "business members", "gold members" and other services. Users can purchase the corresponding charging services through the payment method. The specific method is: pay the corresponding amount of RMB through the payment method of the third-party payment platform to purchase the corresponding services, so as to obtain the right to use the charging services of the corresponding year/period. For the charging service, Qibo will give a clear prompt before use. Users can enjoy the charging service of the corresponding year/period only after confirming that they agree to pay according to the above payment method and have completed the payment behavior according to the prompt. The completion of payment is subject to the confirmation notice of "payment completed" generated by the third-party payment platform.
2.5 You understand and agree that any loss or liability arising from Qibo's failure to provide purchase services or any error in providing purchase services due to the user's own reasons shall be borne by the user, and Qibo will not be liable. The user's own reasons include but are not limited to:
(1) The user's Qibo account is lost, banned or frozen;
(2) Property loss caused by the user informing others of the password;
(3) Any loss or liability caused by the account of the third party payment institution bound by the user;
(4) Property losses caused by other users' intentional or gross negligence or violation of laws and regulations.
Change, interruption or termination of services
3.1 You understand and agree that, in view of the particularity of network services, the user agrees that Qibo has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services (including charging services and free services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted or terminated service is free of charge, Qibo has the right not to notify the user, nor bear any responsibility to the user or any third party; If the changed, interrupted or terminated service is a charging service, Qibo can notify the recipient by means of webpage announcement, email, mobile phone SMS or regular mail transmission, and such notification shall be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of sending. If your paid services are seriously affected, you understand and agree that Qibo can provide you with equivalent alternative charging services, such as equivalent extension of service period, as appropriate compensation.
3.2 You understand and agree that Qibo Network needs to regularly or irregularly overhaul or maintain the platform or related equipment that provides network services. If the charging network service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Qibo Network does not have to bear any responsibility for this.
3.3 You understand and agree that Qibo reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or revoke all or part of the service content due to business development needs, and users need to bear this risk.
3.4 In case of any of the following circumstances, Qibo has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you under this agreement at any time, including but not limited to charging and free services (including free network services based on advertising mode) without any liability to you or any third party:
(1) According to the law, the user should submit true information, but the personal data provided by the user is untrue, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;;
(2) You violate the use rules specified in this agreement;
(3) According to the law or the requirements of the competent authority;
(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
(5) When you use the charging network service, you fail to pay the corresponding service fee to Qibo according to the regulations;
(6) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, public health, strikes, riots, wars, government acts, judicial administrative orders, etc;
(7) Public service factors such as power supply failure, communication network failure or third party factors;
(8) Under the condition that Qibo has managed in good faith, due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failures, network information and data security, third-party cloud services and other factors.
3.5 If your account meets any of the following conditions, Qibo can recycle, terminate, delete its account and stop providing you with relevant services:
(1) Your registered account does not involve any paid services, and you have not logged in for use within any consecutive 30 days;
(2) Your registered account has purchased charging services such as ordinary member services, business member services, gold member services, etc. If you have not renewed your subscription after the expiration of the charging services, Qibo can permanently block, disconnect, delete your data and information from the server, and terminate, cancel and close all services (including "front" and "back"), And after the service is terminated, closed or cancelled, Qibo has no obligation to return or restore any data information to you.
3.6 If the account nickname or the name of the business space/blog of any business product operated by your registered Qibo Network and associated subjects violates the requirements of laws and regulations or national policies, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, Qibo Network has the right to shield, ban, close or withdraw the account nickname or name.
4 Use and protection of user information
4.1 In the process of applying for this service, you need to fill in some necessary information. Please keep these information updated in time so that Qibo Network can help you or provide better services for you. According to the special provisions of national laws and regulations, you need to fill in the true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the service or be restricted in the use process.
4.2 Qibo and its users are committed to the protection of personal privacy information (see 4.3). Protecting users' personal privacy information is a basic principle of Qibo. Without your consent, Qibo will not disclose your personal privacy information to any company, organization or individual other than Qibo, unless you violate this agreement and cause other people to complain or the competent authority to investigate responsibility, as well as other laws and regulations.
4.3 You understand and agree that, in view of the openness, dissemination, promotion and social networking characteristics of this service, users can register and open their exclusive "business space/blog" for the promotion, marketing communication or business development of enterprises or individuals. Therefore, the information displayed on the front desk of their "business space/blog" that is independently published by users is fully open, It is visible and browsable to all visitors, and does not belong to the scope of "private information" under this agreement.
4.4 You understand and agree that Qibo can collect, use, promote, display or disclose the user's non personal privacy information without obtaining the user's additional confirmation and authorization (see 4.3).
4.5 In order to better protect your personal privacy information, you should fully understand the relevant functions, rules and settings of this service as soon as possible. You must ensure that the information to be published does not contain personal privacy information.
4.6 You understand and agree that Qibo will not disclose or disclose the user's personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent, except for the following specific circumstances:
(1) Qibo provides users' personal privacy information according to laws and regulations or instructions of competent authorities;
(2) Any disclosure of personal privacy information caused by the user informing others of his/her user password or sharing his/her registered account and password with others, or other disclosure of personal privacy information not caused by Qibo;
(3) Users disclose their personal privacy information to a third party by themselves;
(4) The user has reached an agreement with Qibo and its partners on the use and disclosure of the user's personal privacy information, so Qibo will disclose the user's personal privacy information to the partners;
(5) Any disclosure of users' personal privacy information due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion and other intentional crimes that break through the existing defense technology of Qibo Network and other force majeure events;
(6) The user's personal information has been processed, and the specific individual cannot be identified and cannot be recovered.
4.7 You understand and agree that Qibo can use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters:
(1) Qibo sends important notices to users in a timely manner, such as software updates and changes to the terms of this agreement;
(2) Internal audit, data analysis and research of Qibo to improve its products, services and communication with users;
(3) In accordance with the agreement, Qibo manages, reviews user information and takes processing measures;
(4) According to relevant laws and regulations;
(5) According to the requirements of relevant government authorities;
(6) Transfer for the purpose of completing merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer;
(7) To safeguard the interests of the public;
(8) Other matters specified by applicable laws and regulations.
4.8 When the court or the competent government department requires or Qibo has the right to use your registration information, user name, password and other information to log into your registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization and witness, when Qibo is required to safeguard its own and the legitimate interests of a third party.
5 User behavior norms and usage rules
5.1 The content mentioned in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by you in the process of using the service, including but not limited to the registration information and authentication materials such as account avatar, nickname, name, user description, or text, voice, picture, video, image and text, or sending, replying or automatically replying to messages and related link pages, And other content generated by using the account or the service.
5.2 You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the Qibo account and the content in this service, and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, integrity, practicality, legality, etc. of the content. Qibo cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by user behavior.
5.3 You fully understand and agree that Qibo only provides a platform for users to share, transmit and obtain information. Any content you transmit or publish in or through this service does not reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of Qibo, and Qibo does not assume any responsibility for this. If damage is caused to Qibo or a third party, the user shall be liable for compensation.
5.4 When using the service, you shall not use the Qibo account or the service to engage in illegal acts, including but not limited to the production, upload, copy, release, and dissemination of the following content in violation of laws and regulations:
(1) Violating the basic principles defined in the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination, and undermining national unity;
(5) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
(8) Insult or slander others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

5.5 When using this service, you shall not use the Qibo account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of Qibo, or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) Containing any sex or sexual implication;
(2) Those with abusive, threatening or threatening contents;
(3) Contain harassment, rubbish advertisement, malicious information and deception information;
(4) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
(5) Infringement of others' legitimate rights such as reputation right, portrait right, intellectual property right and trade secret;
(6) It contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
5.6 When using the service, you shall not use the Qibo account or the service to conduct the following behaviors:
(1) Submitting or publishing false information, or misappropriating others' avatars or materials, or posing as or using others' names;
(2) Releasing and disseminating information in violation of national laws and regulations, such as the Advertising Law, Internet information release and management regulations, etc;
(3) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on link pages or share information;
(4) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;
(5) Establishing false accounts in batches by technical means;
(6) Engaging in any illegal and criminal activities by using Qibo account or this service;
(7) Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes or not;
(8) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of Qibo account or Qibo does not expressly authorize.
5.7 When you use this service, you shall not use the Qibo account or this service to conduct the following illegal operations or over optimize your business space/blog,
(1) Use group sending software and posting machine;
(2) Machine registration and machine sending;
(3) Publish the content with executable code and jump;
(4) Stacked publishing keywords;
(5) Publish similar content (content repetition is too high);
(6) Publish out of chain and junk content;
(7) Decoy replacement
5.8 If you find that anyone violates the agreement or uses the service in other improper ways, please report or complain to Qibo immediately, and Qibo will deal with it in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
5.9 If you violate this agreement and cause Qibo Network (if Qibo Network is punished by the government or judicial department or claimed by other parties due to your breach of contract or illegal or illegal behavior) and any third party damage, you should independently bear all responsibilities and compensate for all losses caused thereby.
6 Risk warning and undertaking
Based on the openness of the Internet and this service and the particularity of social network service, you understand and agree to bear the following risks:
6.1 This service only provides a space and corresponding tools (functions) for users to publish, share and communicate information independently/self-help. Any user, including but not limited to the information publisher and browser, shall make independent judgments on the content published by other users using this service and bear all risks arising from relying on this content, including but not limited to the correctness The risks arising from the dependence on integrity or practicability and the risks arising from the user's personal information being known by other users. You understand and confirm that Qibo will not bear any responsibility for disputes between users of this service.
6.2 The content you publish in the process of using this service may be copied, reprinted, modified or used for other purposes by a third party, which is out of your expectation and control. You must be fully aware of the existence of such risks, and Qibo will not be responsible for the disputes arising therefrom.
6.3 Please do not disclose any important information related to property, service account and password when using the service, otherwise, you will bear the loss caused by this.
6.4 If you or other users violate the relevant rules of the service and are handled by Qibo according to the agreement, it may affect your relevant data in the service.
6.5 Once Party B stops production, closes business, closes down, liquidates, seals up, goes bankrupt, goes bankrupt and goes bankrupt, all services will be terminated, and Party B does not need to return the service fee.
7 Intellectual property
7.1 The copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret and other intellectual property rights of any software, business logo, layout design, typesetting method, text, pictures, graphics, audio, video, relevant data and other content, functions and services provided by Qibo in the service are owned by Qibo, and are protected by laws and regulations and corresponding international treaties, However, the rights that relevant obligees should enjoy in accordance with the law are excluded.
7.2 The intellectual property rights of all original content you publish on Qibo belong to you or relevant obligees.
7.3 You agree that Qibo and its affiliated companies or institutions have the right and license of free, permanent, irrevocable, non exclusive and complete sublicense worldwide for any content that you can publicly access through Qibo network services, including but not limited to ordinary members, business members, gold members and other services, and upload to Qibo platform, To use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based on, disseminate, perform and display such content (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate such content into any other form of work, media or technology currently known or later developed; In addition, you permit Qibo and its affiliated companies or institutions to take separate legal action (including but not limited to litigation, report, lawyer's letter and other forms) against any subject infringement. Your aforementioned authorization to Qibo and its affiliated companies or institutions does not change your ownership and intellectual property ownership of the published content, nor does it affect your exercise of legal rights over the published content.
7.4 Unless otherwise mandatory by law, without the permission of Qibo or relevant obligees, no unit or individual shall illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, grab, reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise use any text, picture, graphic Audio and/or video materials and other information content, otherwise, Qibo Network or relevant obligees have the right to investigate their legal responsibilities. 8 Force majeure and other exemptions
8.1 In the process of using the service, the service may be interrupted by force majeure and other risk factors. Such force majeure events include but are not limited to the unpredictable, inevitable and insurmountable events such as national laws, regulations, policies, state organs, judicial administrative orders and other government acts or other events such as earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, and public health events. However, Qibo and its partners will be exempted from liability for the losses caused to you or the third party within the scope permitted by law.
8.2 The service has the risk of service interruption or failure to meet the user's requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technology, Internet, communication network, power supply, transportation and other public services, as well as third-party cloud services and other factors, resulting in any loss to users or third parties, Qibo does not assume any responsibility.
8.3 In the process of using the service, there is any misleading, exaggerated, untrue, false, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal information from any other person, or anonymous or pseudonymous information that infringes the rights of others, as well as any loss caused to users or third parties due to the behavior of such information, Both the publisher and the infringer shall bear their own responsibilities, and Qibo will not bear any responsibility.
8.4 Under the condition that Qibo has managed in good faith, Qibo will not be liable for breach of contract if the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failure, network information and data security and other factors.
8.5 Qibo Network has the right to deal with violations or breaches of laws and regulations and this agreement. This right does not constitute the obligation or commitment of Qibo Network, and Qibo Network cannot guarantee to find violations or breaches of laws and regulations or deal with them in a timely manner.
8.6 Qibo is not responsible for any loss caused by the failure of refund, refund and other operations due to payment means (including but not limited to online payment, cash payment, bank account payment, etc.) or users themselves (including but not limited to account information modification, account failure, etc.).
8.7 In no case will Qibo be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages, including the loss of profits suffered by users due to the use of Qibo or the service (even if Qibo has been informed of the possibility of such losses). Although this agreement may contain contradictory provisions, Qibo's full responsibility to the user, regardless of the reason or behavior, will never exceed the fees (if any) paid by the user to Qibo for using the services provided by Qibo.
8.8 Qibo is not responsible for the user's failure to delete or store relevant data and information in the service.
8.9 Qibo can determine the 8uy7aC long storage period and space of the user's data in the service according to the actual situation. Users can back up relevant data in the service according to their own needs.
8.10 If your service expires (not renewed) or is terminated or cancelled, Qibo Network can permanently shield, close and delete your data information from the server. After the service is terminated or cancelled, Qibo has no obligation to return or restore any data information to you.
8.11 The services provided by Qibo may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Qibo, third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for the transactions conducted according to the advertising information, and Qibo will not be responsible for the losses or damages suffered by users due to the transactions conducted according to the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
9 Legal liability
9.1 Whereas Qibo is a third-party space/blog platform, which only provides relevant software technology and services, all information is released by users independently/self-help, has no information relevance with Qibo, and Qibo is not a trading platform, nor does it provide users with relevant tools and methods for transactions between them and "consumers", so Qibo does not know, nor do it know Moreover, the user has no obligation or right to understand the communication, negotiation or transaction between the user and its browser/consumer. Any complaints and disputes arising therefrom must be handled by the user himself and bear the responsibility, and have nothing to do with Qibo; If this brings adverse effects or losses to Qibo, the user is obliged to actively eliminate the effects and compensate Qibo accordingly.
9.2 If Qibo finds or receives reports or complaints from others about users' violation of this agreement, including but not limited to infringement, false, misleading and deceptive advertising, illegal information release, etc., Qibo has the right to review, block, disconnect links and delete relevant content at any time without notice, and impose penalties, including but not limited to warnings Penalties for account blocking, equipment blocking, function blocking, service shutdown, etc. Qibo has the right to unseal or permanently close, ban and delete according to the verdict issued by the relevant government or judicial authorities or institutions, and the user must bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.
9.3 Users who have been banned due to violation of the user agreement can apply to Qibo for unblocking after correction, and Qibo has the right to decide whether to unblock or not based on their correction. Blocked users can submit complaints to the relevant pages of Qibo website. Qibo will review the complaints and decide whether to change the punishment measures at its own reasonable discretion. The user who is banned by relevant government departments and third-party communication service organizations (such as Telecom, Alibaba Cloud, etc.) will decide whether to unblock or give permanent blocking or closure according to the requirements of relevant government departments. The user must bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.
9.3 Qibo has the right to punish the acts violating the relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement according to reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates the laws and regulations, and save relevant information to report to the relevant departments according to the laws and regulations, and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
9.4 For any claim, punishment, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or generated by the user's violation of this agreement, the user shall compensate Qibo, cooperative companies, and affiliated companies to protect them from damage.
10 Jurisdiction and Application of Law
10.1 This agreement is signed in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the People's Republic of China.
10.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict laws).
10.3 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and Qibo due to this agreement, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed for adjudication.
11 Others
11.1 Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement signed between you and Qibo may not fully list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and Qibo, and the existing agreements cannot guarantee that they will fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, Qibo's privacy policy and Qibo's platform code of conduct are supplementary agreements to this agreement, which are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use Qibo platform services, it is deemed that you agree to the above supplementary agreement.
11.2 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning, and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
11.3 The terms of this agreement are partially invalid for whatever reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on all parties.
11.4 Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment and other factors, and may be harassed by various security issues, such as harassment in real life caused by others using user information; Other software downloaded and installed by the user or other websites visited by the user contain viruses such as "Trojan Horse", which threaten the security of the user's computer information and data, and then affect the normal use of the service. Users should strengthen the awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid loss and harassment.
