1、 First, investigate the site conditions and formulate a plan
For the installation of integrated prefabricated pump station, the structure of the site is very important. For this reason, the site must be considered and the excavation plan must be formulated before installation. Pay close attention to the foundation pit during excavation. The bottom of the pump pit must be dry and dry, and no water is allowed. If there is any, appropriate dewatering measures must be taken. Proper foundation pit maintenance shall be adopted to avoid collapse of pump pit. The bottom of the pit shall be excavated and leveled. If necessary, a layer of stone free pebble shall be paved and compacted with a compactor to a degree of 90%。 After the excavation of the pump pit is completed, the installation of the pump station can only be carried out after confirming that the site conditions such as the inlet and outlet pipe connecting pipes and cables of the pump station are available.
2、 Pump pit excavation
In order to consider the stability of the slope, possible drainage methods, etc., should be adapted to the current soil environment. A small sump can be built at the edge of the pit bottom to drain water at any time to ensure that there is no ponding on the pit bottom plane.
3、 Excavation must be carried out according to the design drawings:
1. The construction setting out shall be carried out according to the plane position, elevation and geometric dimension designed in the drawings.
2. The foundation pit control pile shall be extended 2 meters outside the foundation pit and fixed.
3. The foundation pit excavation shall maintain good drainage, and a sump shall be set outside the foundation pit to facilitate the drainage of the base.
4. Excavate to the medium sand layer with excavator, remove the upper layer of fill, and then backfill to the base elevation with coarse sand.
5. After the foundation pit is excavated, the bearing capacity of the foundation base shall be checked (the bearing capacity of the foundation base is required to be greater than 150kpa). If the bearing capacity fails to meet the requirements, it shall be handled according to the instructions of the supervising engineer.
6. In the process of foundation excavation, if leakage is found in the enclosure structure, it must be blocked in time.
4、 Well bottom foundation
To ensure the normal operation of the integrated prefabricated pump station, it is necessary to lay the bottom foundation, pave the bottom, fill sand and tamp it during installation. If necessary, pave a layer of pebble free layer and compact it with a compactor to the degree of 90% of the compaction test results, if the foundation is sensitive, special care must be taken when performing compaction operations.
5、 Correctly install the shaft
Clean the surface of the cement base plate with a brush to ensure that there is no dirt or other debris between the mounting surface and the pump mounting flange. Lift the pump body with a lifting hook and place it in the middle of the anchor screw ring on the cement base plate. During operation, do not touch the pump body with the foundation screw, because the foundation screw is easy to damage the pump body surface. Pay attention to confirm the correctness of the inlet and outlet directions of the tank, and pay attention to the need to fall in the center of the concrete foundation to ensure that the pressure on the compacted layer is uniform. Check whether the pump station is vertical. Install the fixing bracket and tighten the nuts. During concrete grouting, water shall be poured into the pump station at least until 1500 mm to obtain sufficient balance force. The grouting holes on the cylinder can be used. During pouring, ensure that the concrete evenly fills the bottom of the whole cylinder.
6、 Pipe interface connection
Before connection, the surrounding of the pump station shaft shall be backfilled with pebbles or sand to the lower surface of the connecting pipe and compacted. enter * The end installation shall be checked: the pipe and sealing ring must be clean, the water inlet pipe shall be aligned with the connection, and the connecting anchor screw shall be tightened. The flange joint shall be tightly sealed, aligned with the pipe, and fastened symmetrically and evenly.
