There are three main ways of dust explosion prevention: explosion relief, explosion isolation and explosion suppression
Explosion relief: the explosion pressure is released in advance through a pressure relief device to protect the equipment from damage.
Flameproof: the explosion is blocked by an explosion-proof valve to prevent the flame from spreading.
Explosion suppression: first, the detection device detects the spark formed, then the feedback starts the fire extinguishing device, and instantly extinguishes the fire to prevent explosion. Explosion relief discs are widely used in grain, metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, light industry, pharmacy, tobacco, machining, solid waste treatment and other industries. The applied equipment includes cyclone separator, bag type dust collector, dust collector, filter cartridge filter, pneumatic conveying, rod or ball mill, bucket elevator, drying and drying oven, roll grinding, buildings, etc. It is mainly used in the working environment with low pressure, normal temperature and large explosion relief surface, such as dust remover, dust removal pipeline and elevator.
