1 Overview
1.1 Scope of application
The PSV 641UX bus voltage protection measurement and control device is basically configured with voltage paralleling, voltage protection and non electric quantity protection, and it also integrates
Multi functional devices with various measurement and control functions are applicable to the protection, measurement and monitoring of the voltage of two bus sections.
1.2 Protection function configuration
1 Voltage paralleling and splitting function
2 Low voltage protection
3 Overvoltage protection
4 Zero sequence overvoltage protection
5 TV disconnection judgment
6 3-way non electric quantity protection
2 Protection function and principle
The voltage paralleling function of the device provides two modes of instant signal holding and self holding, and completes the paralleling function of 14 voltage signals in total.
Refer to the "Terminal Description" section for the configuration of the action outlet of voltage protection.
2.1 PT paralleling
When single bus section operates in single bus mode (or double buses are parallel), one group of two section (group) PTs fails (or checks
When it is out of service after repair, the device will run two sections (groups) of PT secondary side small buses in parallel according to the input parallel signal.
If the device adopts the instantaneous parallel module, when X5:1 is switched in in parallel, the device automatically completes the PT parallel function, when X5:1 is switched on in parallel
After entering and returning, the device will automatically complete the splitting function; When the device adopts self holding parallel module and X5:1 parallel input, the device completes PT and
When X5:2 splitting input, the device completes PT splitting function.
2.2 Low voltage protection
The device is equipped with two sections of bus and two sections of independent low-voltage protection, which are enabled and disenabled respectively by the corresponding pressing plate. The action conditions are:
1) U φφ < U set;
2) U x<U set (only applicable to control word KG1.8=1);
3) The bus has voltage;
4) The device does not detect PT disconnection and non electricity locking signal;
5) The low-voltage protection action time is delayed to.
Where, U φφ Is the bus line voltage, U set is the low voltage fixed value, and U x is the incoming line voltage.
In order to prevent maloperation of low-voltage protection in case of short circuit at PT secondary side, it is required to use single air at secondary side switch 。
Once there was voltage judgment: the current voltage is greater than the protection setting Uset of the corresponding section, which is maintained for more than 1s.
2.3 Overvoltage protection
The device is equipped with overvoltage protection of two sections of bus. When the voltage of any line of the corresponding section of bus is greater than the fixed value, the overvoltage protection will act. Two-stage bus
The overvoltage element of the line can be set as alarm or trip respectively by the control word. When the control word is set to "0", the overvoltage protection acts on alarm; Control word set to "1"
The overvoltage protection acts at the outlet.
2.4 Zero sequence voltage protection
The default zero sequence voltage of the device is self generated, and it can also be accessed externally by setting the control word KG1.8=0.
The zero sequence overvoltage element can be set as alarm or trip by the control word. When the control word is set to "0", the zero sequence overvoltage acts as alarm; Control word setting
When "1", zero sequence overvoltage acts at the outlet.
