System characteristics

Introduction to system principle
The power source of the equipment is the pneumatic booster pump developed in cooperation with Germany. The booster pump is driven by compressed air. The output pressure of the pump is proportional to the pressure of the driving air. The output pressure can be adjusted steplessly by adjusting the pressure of the driving air. In this system, the electric proportional pressure regulating valve is used to control the output pressure of the pump and the pressure rise rate, It has the advantages of high pressure control accuracy, adjustable output pressure and pressure rise rate. The whole test process can be automatically completed on the computer, and each test parameter can be set freely, such as test pressure, pressure holding time, allowable pressure drop, etc. Automatic pressure relief after test.
Powertrain:
Gas high-pressure pump: Jinan Saisite safety valve calibration bench uses the self-developed pneumatic booster pump (12 year quality assurance) as the power source. The booster pump is driven by compressed air. The output pressure of the pump is proportional to the pressure of the driving air. The gas booster pump is a two-stage booster pump, which can increase the lower pressure gas to a very high pressure. Drive gas ≤ 8bar, pressure range of gas inlet is 0.3-10bar, which can be increased to 48Mpa if larger. The whole gas booster pump is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Both pump heads are equipped with exhaust cooling function.
