Tencent video upload service rules
These rules are regarded as Tencent Service Agreement (link address: http://www.qq.com/contract.shtml , if the link address is changed, the content corresponding to the changed link address shall prevail). In case of any conflict between these rules and Tencent Service Agreement, these rules shall prevail.
If you need to use Tencent video upload service, you need to agree to these rules.
You understand and agree that:
1. You promise that you have the complete copyright or have obtained the legal authorization for the video you upload, without infringing the legal rights and interests of any third party.
2 The video you upload must not contain:
(1) Violating national laws, endangering national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality and insulting, slandering, obscene or containing any sexual or sexual implication, violence;
(2) Contents that infringe upon the right of reputation, portrait, intellectual property, trade secret and other legal rights of others;
(3) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
(4) Harassment, advertising and spam;
(5) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality or interferes with the normal operation of video and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
3 The video you uploaded will be deemed as allowing Tencent to use and recommend the video on Tencent platforms and cooperative promotion channels after the release of Tencent video.
4 You will bear all legal liabilities for the disputes caused by your upload behavior.
5 Once it is found that the video you upload contains the content described in the above article 2, Tencent has the right to delete the video at any time without notice.
