Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, is one of the key development center towns in the suburbs of Shanghai and the location of Shanghai's commercial and trade service-oriented national logistics hub, enjoying the reputation of "the city of express delivery" and "the first town of express delivery in China". In Huaxin, there is a typical new rural area of industrial development - Huaihai Village, which is just surrounded by enterprises in the industrial park. While meeting the needs of villagers, based on the demands of enterprises and employees, it serves 96 enterprises around, nearly 300 enterprises in Jiayuan District, and about 20000 enterprise employees. The spacious and bright hall design and the childlike and dreamy soft outfit match can really bring the elderly to find youth, young people to return to childhood, and children to enjoy the experience of paradise.

How to enhance happiness resources? Li Yiling, secretary of Xingshangwan, said, "Xingshangwan Happy Community takes such measures as' welcoming in 'happy partners,' digging out 'community elites, and' sitting down 'in the happy community to revitalize all kinds of resources, attract all forces, innovate project content, and strive to create a good atmosphere of multi-party cooperation and mutual support."

This is not the case. "Teacher Zhang Training Room", "Health Free Clinic Weekly Care", "Happiness Yoga", "Teacher Yao Picture Book Time" and other special projects have emerged in an endless stream of service contents and forms, and constantly open up the "last 100 meters" of community services.
