To say goodbye tonight, I remember Hangzhou most. On the evening of October 28, the Fourth Asian Games for the Disabled in Hangzhou successfully concluded. In the warm and full blessing of the audience, disabled athletes from 44 countries and regions in Asia met here, said goodbye here, witnessed the glory of the sports event, and shared the joy of dreams coming true.

Fly by dream and meet again. At the closing ceremony, "Tea for a Long Trip" expressed the sincere feelings of "taking the best water, cooking the most fragrant tea, and respecting the best friends" with poetry and tea as gifts; "Farewell Tonight" is a dance and an umbrella, which vividly interprets the Chinese romantic mind; At the torch extinguishment ceremony, the birds in Liangzhu turned into "flying", flapping the evening breeze with their wings, and flying to support their dreams... On and off the court, on and off the stage, it is not only a life hymn of self-improvement and self transcendence, but also a wonderful and unparalleled cultural feast, and it is also a moving departure of cherishing each other.

"Spirit resides in sports". The Asian Paralympic Games is the dream stage most expected by Asian disabled athletes. If you lose your hands, you can still "fly" in the swimming pool; Without legs, you can still "run" on the field; In the name of sports and dreams, disabled athletes have created seemingly impossible miracles with extraordinary efforts and sweat. This is not only a pursuit of excellence in the beauty of competition, but also a shocking beauty of spirit. Let us remember every moment of passion and warmth, every story of confidence and self-improvement, and every figure of unyielding and unrepentant.

To pay homage to the "tough life" of disabled athletes, it is necessary to go all out in the competition field and fully protect them outside the competition field. At this Asian Paralympic Games, disabled athletes continued to challenge the limits, breaking 21 world records, 72 Asian records, and 283 Asian Paralympic Games records. Among them, 439 athletes of the Chinese Disabled Sports Delegation participated in 390 minor events, winning 214 gold medals, 167 silver medals and 140 bronze medals, which was the best performance of the Chinese Sports Delegation since it participated in the Asian Paralympic Games. Elevators with Braille keys, barrier free toilets for "hearing and identifying places", special areas for guide dogs to rest... Warm barrier free facilities can be seen everywhere in the competition venues. As Tyreke Soe, CEO of the Asian Paralympic Committee, commented, "The Asian Paralympic Games in Hangzhou was very successful, the organization of the Games was excellent, and it was a unique event."

The unforgettable memory of Hangzhou is not only the heart of Boxing, but also the deep friendship. "In Asia, we live in the same home, through spring and autumn, winter and summer..." At the closing ceremony, the whole audience sang the song of mutual understanding and mutual watch, and shared solidarity, friendship, harmony and beauty. We expect that more disabled people will understand and participate in sports, improve their physical fitness, better participate in social life, and truly become participants, contributors and beneficiaries of economic and social development. We firmly believe that the seeds of peace, solidarity and inclusiveness will be sown in the hearts of more people, arouse more understanding, respect and care for the disabled, and jointly write a new chapter in building a community with a shared future for mankind.

Without the strongest body, but with the most unyielding soul. The mountains and rivers will be different in the long run, and the journey of pursuing dreams will never end. With the Hangzhou Asian Paralympic Games as the starting point, remember that touch and power, China's disabled cause will achieve higher quality development, and more disabled people will usher in a better future.

Let's say goodbye. See you later!
