Return and replacement principle

1、 If the following conditions are met, replacement can be required  

(1) The customer unpacks and checks the goods in front of the deliveryman when receiving the goods, and finds that the goods have quality problems.
(2) The goods actually received are quite different from those described on the website.

Replacement process: the customer asks the delivery personnel to return the goods in person, and then contact us. We will re ship the goods for you, and the arrival time of the goods will be postponed.
                            
2、 Return can be required if the following conditions are met  

Within two days after the customer receives the goods,

(1) The goods are found to have obvious manufacturing defects.
(2) The goods still have quality problems after a replacement.
(3) The goods have not been received for 7 days beyond the date of delivery promised due to human factors.
                           
Return process: The customer will contact us within two days after receiving the goods, and we will return your payment by bank remittance within three working days.

3、 We have the right to refuse the customer's request for return or replacement under the following circumstances

(1) The goods are damaged, but the delivery personnel are not required to replace the goods on the spot when receiving the goods.
(2) Return and replacement requirements beyond the return and replacement period.
(3) The returned or replaced goods are incomplete or damaged in appearance.
(4) The customer's delivery document is missing or incomplete.
(5) The product is not provided by us.
(6) The goods themselves have no quality problems.
