Reporting fraud

Online fraud reporting is very simple. Just use the form below, select "Report Fraud" in the options section of the drop-down application type and provide details of the event.
If you suspect fraud in transactions that have not yet been collected, please call eight billion nine million nine hundred and seven thousand five hundred and sixty-seven (China landline)/ four billion eight million one hundred and ninety-nine thousand four hundred and seventy-nine (Mobile)>Contact our customer service center to cancel the transaction immediately.

• Daytime telephone number
• When do you want us to contact you
• 8-digit transaction reference number
• Details of required problems and solutions
