(1) Unique "MBA person" education platform

As early as 1998, in view of the current situation and development trend of MBA education, our school put forward the idea of building an "MBA person" education platform "oriented to industry, coordination and interaction, competition and incentive, and dynamic innovation", aiming to realize the rapid development of MBA education in China through a new education platform architecture.

The "MBA people" education platform is a "MBA people" complex composed of MBA education managers, MBA teachers, MBA students and other stakeholders. Through the organic combination of the three, it meets the requirements of MBA training, integrates and optimizes various MBA education resources, and realizes the interaction of market competition mechanism, market resources and MBA education resources, Realize the "four docking" of "docking with China's national conditions, docking with industry development, docking with enterprise practice, and docking with Chinese culture", achieve the systematic improvement of MBA students' ability to "integrate into the world, dare to think and dare to do, learn both Chinese and Western, and change through experience", and strive to achieve continuous innovation and breakthrough in the cultivation of high-level business management talents.

(2) Extensive international exchanges and cooperation

Our college has successively cooperated with the University of Illinois at Champaign, the University of Cincinnati, Missouri State University, California State University at Long Beach, Texas A&M University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Victoria University of Canada, Milan Institute of Technology MIP Business School, Monash University of Australia, and Vulcan University of Spain (UCAM) Many internationally renowned universities have carried out a variety of cooperation projects, including master's exchange projects, master's 1+1 joint training projects, short-term study tours, joint cases and other rich international exchange projects. The EMBA delegation of the University of Illinois at Champaign, the MBA delegation of the University of Cincinnati, the MBA delegation of Duken University, the delegation of California State University at Fulton, and the study delegation of Texas A&M University also visited our school, and communicated with our MBA teachers and students. 2) Hold various forums to expand students' vision and create a strong MBA education brand. The MBA Education Center of Beijing Jiaotong University held open cutting-edge lectures and "Knowledge and Practice Forum", inviting business elites, industry tycoons, experts and scholars, political dignitaries, etc. to select cutting-edge topics of domestic and foreign enterprise management and give special lectures for MBA students; Foreign expert lectures will be held. Every year, more than 60 experts from foreign business schools will be invited to visit our school for exchange. Since 2003, our school has held 11 consecutive outward bound trainings for MBA students, each of which is organized by the leader of the school, so as to build a platform for communication and exchange between students, cultivate MBA students' sense of team cooperation and spirit of collaboration, create a positive organizational atmosphere and learning atmosphere, and constantly deepen students' innovation ability Comprehensive ability training such as leadership and execution.

4) Advocate the combination of theory and practice, and expand the MBA entrepreneurship platform by multiple means and ways. MBA students have rich opportunities to participate in enterprise visits, mobile classes, consulting practices and other activities, which greatly enrich students' second classroom. Beijing Jiaotong University encourages MBA students to actively participate in the tutor's scientific research projects, and encourages students to carry out in-depth social practice in various enterprises. MBA students of our school held a charity sale activity of "Gathering, Respect and Love the Elderly", calling on more people in the society to shoulder the social responsibility of caring for the elderly, and arousing the whole society's love for public welfare; Under the leadership of MBA Association, the green tree planting activity of "plant a green tree and return a blue sky to me" was carried out.
