Editor's note: The style, temperature and taste of a city need to be understood from the details. The city residents who live here have the most say in this. Open the "leader message board" of People's Daily Online, and the messages in urban construction, transportation, gas supply, water supply and other fields account for a large proportion. Through individual problems, we can see people's expectations for urban development and the direction of urban function improvement and upgrading.

Liaoning Channel of People's Daily Online launched a series of reports "Details of the City" based on the messages and replies in the "Leaders' Message Board" of People's Daily Online, focusing on the pain points and blocking points in the urban texture, and also found the highlights and characteristics. We look forward to working with netizens, city managers and service providers to make the city safer, more convenient and better.

A section of road less than 6 kilometers, far or near, has baffled many residents in Goubangzi Economic Development Zone, Jinzhou North Town, Liaoning Province.

Goubangzi Economic Development Zone is located in the west of Jinzhou, adjacent to Panjin in the south. The nearest high-speed railway station is Panjin North Station. The opening of Panjin North Railway Station in 2004 not only facilitated the citizens of Panjin, but also made the "neighbors", the ditches and gangs "proud". However, the road less than 6 kilometers to the high-speed railway station has not been accessible by bus for more than ten years.

In April this year, a netizen in Goubangzi Economic Development Zone left a message on the "Leaders Message Board" of People's Daily Online to the main leaders of Panjin Municipal Party Committee: "Can you open a bus from Goubangzi to Panjin North Station?"

It is understood that there is a bus from Panjin North Station to Goubangzi Economic Development Zone in Jinzhou North Town, but this bus is only a one-way bus from the high-speed railway station to the development zone. When returning from the development zone, passengers are refused to get on the bus, and the empty bus returns to Panjin North Station.

The Panjin Municipal Party Committee Supervision Office said in its reply that, through communication with the transportation department of Beizhen, Jinzhou, if the bus line is opened, it will inevitably lead to the operation contradiction of Yingkou, Panjin to Goubangzi inter city bus registration, so it cannot be opened temporarily.

The website then contacted Panjin Public Transport Group, and the relevant person in charge said that at present, the bus to Goubangzi does not have the permission to operate in Jinzhou, so tickets cannot be sold. If this problem is solved, relevant departments of Jinzhou City need to put forward demands, and Panjin Public Transport Group will fully cooperate to ensure convenient travel for people.

In a short distance, a boundary of a prefecture level city in the middle will add a threshold. Seeing the empty bus speeding by, it is inevitable for the masses not to understand.

The Opinions of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Liaoning Province on the Implementation of the Outline of Building a Transport Powerful Country, issued this year, proposed to build a convenient urban (cluster) traffic network and smooth the road connection in border areas. The construction of urban (cluster) transportation network not only needs to get through the dead end of the border area, but also should use public transportation to connect the network to really play an effect.

It is also a problem of buses. In June this year, a citizen of Fushun left a message to the main leaders of Fushun Municipal Party Committee on the "Leaders Message Board" of People's Daily Online: "Bus No. 85 is very crowded every day, and there are too many passengers. Bus No. 85 is not allowed to take another bus. If it is crowded, please take another bus."

The No. 85 bus in Fushun is a bus line from Xingang to South Station, with a single length of 13.5km and 14 buses. Fushun Business Bureau said in reply to the message that at present, the working day peak interval of No. 85 bus is 4-6 minutes, and the peak interval is 10-15 minutes; The peak interval of holidays is 6-8 minutes, and the average daily train number is 100.

Fushun Transportation Bureau said that it would require bus companies to keep abreast of the passenger flow along the line, reasonably adjust the departure interval, and make full use of the intelligent dispatching system to grasp the line information in time to meet the travel needs of passengers to the greatest extent.

It is understood that as early as 2014, Fushun City has installed an intelligent dispatching system for buses, and last July, it also upgraded the network of digital traffic intelligent dispatching platform. The continuous input of "wisdom" should be reflected in the people's immediate feelings.

Urban public transport is increasingly improved. If there is a blind area in the last kilometer, the convenience effect will be greatly reduced. In many cities in China, the "last mile" is no longer a problem, and the solution is to share bicycles.

Bicycles, which have great advantages in short distance travel, solve the problem of insufficient transport capacity at the end of the traffic. Since 2016, "bike sharing" has emerged in large cities in China. In Beijing, Shenyang and other cities, bike sharing is well used and manageable, and has become an important supplement to urban public transport.

A netizen in Jinzhou recently left a message to the main leaders of the municipal party committee: "There is no bike sharing in Jinzhou, which is not convenient for people to travel. In some places, buses can't get there. I hope the government can solve this problem."

Jinzhou Transportation Bureau said that at present, the public transportation, private cars and electric vehicles in Jinzhou can basically meet the travel needs of citizens. Although bike sharing may improve the traffic conditions to a certain extent, if the limited road space continues to increase the number of bike sharing, traffic order and other problems may backfire.

Whether it can meet the travel needs of citizens, citizens have the most say. As early as 2017, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development and other 10 departments jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Encouraging and Regulating the Development of Internet Rental Bicycles (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinions), which affirmed that the development of Internet rental bicycles (commonly known as "shared bicycles") will facilitate people's short distance travel The positive role of building a green and low-carbon transportation system is proposed to encourage and standardize the development of bike sharing in accordance with the basic principles of "service-oriented, reform and innovation, standardized and orderly, territorial management, and multi governance", further improve the service level, and better meet the travel needs of the people.

It is expected that Jinzhou Transportation Bureau will also actively cooperate with relevant departments to make preparations for development planning and other aspects, and will not be admitted until the time is ripe. Statistics show that there are at least 400 cities across the country that have shared bicycles, and they have accumulated a lot of experience in the use and management. It is believed that in these 400 cities, there must be some experience that Jinzhou can learn from, and the time for sharing bicycles to enter Jinzhou can actually come faster.

Small details reflect the people's livelihood. The relevant departments replied to the three messages in a short time, which is worth affirming, but there is still a long way to go according to the expectations of the masses. There are problems of communication and coordination between regions and departments, as well as working ideas and perspectives. Whether these "small" problems can be solved will continue to be concerned by People's Daily Online.
