2018 Beijing cross-border e-commerce consumption experience season officially launched

On November 16, the series of activities of "2018 Beijing cross-border e-commerce consumption experience season" hosted by the Municipal Bureau of Commerce were officially opened in Beijing Wukesong Blue Harbor Yizhiyao cross-border e-commerce experience store. This experience season has received strong support from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce, Beijing Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau, the Beijing Foreign Exchange Management Department, the Municipal Postal Administration, the Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee and other members of the city's working group to promote cross-border e-commerce development More than 100 people including media representatives attended the opening ceremony.

Since 2016, in order to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in our city and cultivate new hot spots of quality consumption, our city has held cross-border e-commerce consumption experience season activities every year. This year, it has been held for three consecutive years. The influence of the activities has increased year by year, and it has become one of the consumption experience activities that consumers in the cross-border e-commerce field in our city pay attention to.

This experience season closely combines the opportunity of the construction of Beijing cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area, with the theme of "cross-border global purchase of quality new life", and combines more than 100 cross-border e-commerce platforms, brand enterprises, offline experience stores to carry out a three-month online and offline promotion, focusing on mass consumption, enterprise development, and industrial upgrading, highlighting sunshine beauty The four promotion themes of famous products, global food, and maternal and infant health comprehensively present the characteristics of Beijing's cross-border e-commerce development through consumption experience, policy discussion, resource docking and other forms, create a mass consumption boom of cross-border e-commerce, drive the development of Beijing's cross-border e-commerce industry, and help Beijing build an international consumption hub city.

The relevant leaders of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce said that as one of the largest consumer cities in China, Beijing's consumption scale is expanding, the consumption structure is gradually transforming and upgrading, and consumers' demand for quality life and quality consumption is growing. This "experience season" activity will conscientiously implement the contents of the Action Plan for the Construction of an International Consumption Hub City issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, innovate the business model, enrich the consumption supply, and realize the simultaneous promotion of mass consumption, enterprise development, and industrial upgrading through the holding of the "experience season" series of activities.

This experience season activity has been comprehensively improved on the basis of the previous two sessions, with more rich content and more prominent highlights.

   First, extensive participation of offline channels, covering 50+cross-border experience stores in the city

This "experience season" activity further expanded the participation scale of offline cross-border commodity experience stores. Focusing on the four themes of "Sunshine Beauty", "Famous Product Market", "Global Food", and "Mother and Child Health", more than 50 offline experience stores were united to launch consumer experience promotion activities simultaneously. At that time, there will be tens of domestic best-selling commodities from the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia and other countries, and tens of thousands of cross-border commodities such as DHC, Shiseido, whoo, etc. will participate in joint promotion. Themed consumption experience activities are held regularly to drive consumers to experience high-quality cross-border goods in close proximity through small auctions, mother and baby lectures, beauty experience, gluttonous conferences, famous wine tasting and other landing activities.

   The second is to cooperate with well-known cross-border e-commerce platforms to promote profits

In order to attract broad participation of the public and expand the effective drive of the activity on cross-border consumption, this "experience season" activity will join more than 30 well-known cross-border e-commerce platforms, such as JD Global Shopping, COFCO Womai, Miya, and Xiji, to deeply participate in the promotion activities, launch multiple rounds of exclusive discounts for the experience season, and carry out various forms of concessional subsidies to effectively provide consumers with tangible benefits.

   Third, go into the community to help upgrade community consumption

While carrying out online and offline linkage promotions, we focused on the "Huitian" community, and carried out two cross-border e-commerce community activities. We went into Huilongguan and Tiantongyuan communities respectively, and carried out multi brand joint promotions to improve the quality of consumer services at people's doorstep.

   Fourth, special discussion on industrial development

This "experience season" will also hold two expert exchange seminars on the construction of Beijing Comprehensive Pilot Zone, inviting representatives of some provinces and cities, experts and scholars, principals of e-commerce parks, and cross-border e-commerce enterprises to gather to discuss and exchange the development prospects of Beijing Comprehensive Pilot Zone, interpret relevant policies, share development experience, and promote the construction of Beijing Comprehensive Pilot Zone. In addition, two enterprise resource docking activities will be held to invite and connect resources with cross-border e-commerce platforms, brands and service providers, and to find and implement cooperation opportunities.

   Fifth, release the city's cross-border consumption guide and create a map of cross-border famous products

During the event, the official website of 2018 Beijing Cross border E-Commerce Consumption Experience Season will be opened, and the 2018 Beijing Cross border E-Commerce Consumption Guide will be released, which will include 100+online and offline cross-border e-commerce directories, addresses, main business scope and other information, providing consumers with the latest 2018 cross-border e-commerce consumption reference in the city.
