In order to do a good job in flood prevention and preparedness, Linxia County Water Affairs Bureau recently organized professional forces to conduct comprehensive and systematic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mountain flood disaster prevention monitoring and early warning equipment throughout the county.

The bureau checked each monitoring station one by one and made immediate changes to the problems found to ensure the normal operation of each equipment and give full play to the role of monitoring and early warning. It is understood that through the implementation of the mountain torrent disaster supplement and improvement project, the county has installed 1 video monitoring station, 5 image monitoring stations, 34 automatic rainfall stations, 100 simple rainfall stations, 3 automatic water level stations, 83 wireless early warning broadcasting stations, and 44 video monitoring stations in 25 villages and towns, key villages and communities, key rivers, and mountain torrent channels in the county, and has made every effort to improve the mountain torrent disaster prevention and response capacity, It provides a strong guarantee for timely and accurate monitoring and early warning of mountain torrents.
