It is understood that the super virtual rail train is a new type of rail transit product that integrates the advantages of rail transit and road traffic technology. It can be put into use without laying physical tracks. It can sense the progress of the ground virtual track through "image recognition+Beidou positioning" and realize manned automatic driving.

The appearance of the car is dominated by the fresh "Pingtan Blue". It is 32 meters long, has a design speed of 70 kilometers per hour, and has a maximum capacity of 300 passengers, four times that of ordinary buses. Through the intelligent "fast charging" system of the initial and terminal stations, the car can run for 25 kilometers after 10 minutes of charging, and can also be upgraded to hydrogen fuel to achieve a long endurance of more than 200 kilometers. "This train combines the technical advantages of rail transit and buses, and is also known as the 'subway running on the road'. It has the advantages of good stability and large passenger capacity, and can be applied to urban traffic branch lines, tourist attractions, etc." said Du Qiumao, a technical expert of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd.

It is worth mentioning that the car has two headsets, which can realize double end driving, and can flexibly adjust the operation route according to the actual passenger transport demand, which is helpful to improve the overall image of Pingtan International Tourism Island and the quality of tourist service functions. It is reported that the car will start its test run in Pingtan on May 1, rolling from Longwangtou Ocean Park to Beigang Village.
