In Hu Chengzhong's view, the new round of enterprise shipping mode has changed from simple resource purchase, project contracting and product shipping to supporting industry chain shipping. In his investigation, Hu Chengzhong found that the technological transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises are still facing great challenges, especially some small and medium-sized enterprises have problems such as small scale, thin profits, weak research and development capabilities, and unscientific and standardized management.
He said that the core of solving the above problems lies in people, funds and mechanisms. We should make full use of the resources of colleges, universities and scientific research institutes, increase the integration of production, learning and research, encourage relevant majors of colleges and universities to "pair up" with enterprises, and regularly arrange teachers and graduate students to take temporary jobs in enterprises; Give full play to the role of organizations and platforms such as chambers of commerce in various regions and industries, and township association in introducing talents and technology; Timely and moderately disclose some state-owned technological achievements to provide enterprises with a "booster" for technological transformation and upgrading.
For manufacturing enterprises, accelerating green transformation and upgrading and building a green low-carbon product supply chain is an important part of winning future competition. In this regard, Hu Chengzhong proposed that enterprises should start from three aspects to carry out green and low-carbon transformation: in terms of energy consumption structure, actively introduce new energy power; Through R&D and innovation, upgrade the material standards, and use more environmentally friendly materials while improving the safety level; Improve the automation and intelligence level of the whole production process, and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
He believes that as a "chain owner" enterprise, it should not only guide and help the upstream material supply end to enter the green transformation track, but also drive the downstream sales end to low-carbon through the intelligent management of the logistics system and standardized terminal sales.
"Under the guidance of the 'dual carbon' goal, the proportion of electric energy in China's terminal energy consumption will more than double in the next 30 years.
