For dairy products imported for the first time, the importer or its agent shall provide the test report of the items listed in the national food safety standards of the corresponding products when applying for inspection, including the standards for pollutants and mycotoxins in food quoted in the standards.

The subsequent batches of this product imported from the same port (which means the same port has always been under the jurisdiction of the bureau) are considered as non first imports. For dairy products not imported for the first time, when applying for inspection, copies of the inspection report and inspection application form provided at the time of first import, as well as the inspection report of the items specified by AQSIQ shall be provided. The detection items are different according to the type of dairy products. * The detection of 5-6 indicators is less, and the detection of more than 30 indicators.

The announcement specifically pointed out that the foreign awards, honors, certification marks and other contents on the labels of imported dairy products should be provided with relevant certification documents confirmed through diplomatic channels.
