He Xinglong is a "post-80s" village doctor in Letang Village, Xujiaduo Township, Daning County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. Over the past 17 years, he has adhered to the commitment of "24-hour door-to-door", riding a motorcycle to serve 28 villages and more than 4600 villagers around, covering a journey of more than 400000 kilometers.
