In Levisky Arquitetos | Estrat é gia Urbana's works, the premise of sustainability, environmental protection and convenience exists, covering the process from the architectural stage to the use of space. This is a project concept, seeking the effective performance of long-term construction, seeking better cost-benefit ratio, and reducing the balance between continuous maintenance and economic, environmental, social and cultural issues. The volume of the new building complex is designed according to the terrain and integrated with the surrounding landscape, taking into account the history of the land and buildings. Reviewing it from the perspective of sustainable development, the most prominent is the selection of elements and building materials to rationalize the construction site, avoid waste, and minimize the number of remaining elements. Carefully planted trees, protect the existing adult vegetation, and add new tree species on the green space to integrate the landscape project, thus further enhancing the sustainable development performance of the new building complex. The project follows the principles of general design, provides a general pictogram combined with the building through the use of visual communication, and strives to promote the positioning of space and the activities of guests in all stages of life.
