1. Please confirm whether your mobile phone supports 4G networks, has inserted a USIM card supporting 4G services, and has opened a 4G package. 2. Please make sure your phone is in 4G mode.For Android phones, you can select 4G mode by opening the mobile network option in the settings;For Apple phones, you can check to enable 4G by opening the cellular mobile network option in the settings. 3. If the above two points are met, but the signal is still not found, please try to turn off the phone and turn it back on, wait for a while, and then search for the signal again.Generally, the waiting time will not exceed 10 seconds (for Android phones, please long press the power key, and select flight mode when the options such as shutdown/restart/flight mode appear; for Apple 5S, please click the flight mode button in the settings or slide up from the bottom of the home screen). 4. If the signal still cannot be recovered, please turn off the phone, remove the USIM card and reinsert it.Then restart the phone and wait for a while to search for signals again. 5. If the signal is still not found, please try to press and hold the power button of the phone to restart the phone, and check with the phone card operator to confirm your package and charges.You can click Settings - Card Settings in the phone interface to open the mobile data option, or open the mobile data option through the drop-down menu. 6. Please confirm the local signal coverage: dead corners of 4G network coverage may exist in floor corners or remote places.It is recommended that you compare it with other users of the same mobile card operator, or consult the operator for local 4G network coverage. 7.
