The whole process supervision of the project is carried out according to relevant specifications, procedures, contract agreements, etc., that is, safety management, quality control, progress control, investment control, and responsibility for the supervision during the quality assurance period. 2. In the early stage of construction, assist in the preparation of project construction plans, construction bidding, procurement bidding, and signing of construction contracts and procurement contracts; Control the construction investment, construction period and project quality in the construction implementation stage; Carry out project construction contract management; Cooperate in the settlement, audit, data sorting and archiving of the project; Supervise construction safety and environmental protection; Coordinate the working relationship among relevant units such as engineering construction, supply and design; And the work content of "three controls, three controls, and one coordination" will always run through all stages of the project construction; Prepare supervision plan and implementation rules according to the contract and design documents; Organize the preparation of the construction organization design outline, assist the project unit to complete the overall construction schedule, etc. After the completion of defect elimination in the project trial run and the normal operation of the system electrification, the project can leave the site with the consent of the construction management unit. When the project is put into production in compliance with the standard and the activities of creating excellence in each stage, the cooperation work shall be carried out according to the relevant notice until the end of the warranty period and the work of creating excellence.
