VIP exclusive Cad drawing of bridge and culvert subgrade transition section treatment design
six
1. All dimensions in this drawing are in cm. 2. The transition section of horizontal structure is set at the junction of the channel, culvert and subgrade on both sides. The side of circular pipe culvert is backfilled with sand, and the side of slab culvert and arch culvert is backfilled with sandy soil. The backfill shall be compacted in layers, and the compactness shall not be less than 96%. When the culvert height is ≥ 4m, the hydraulic rammer shall be used for three times, and when the culvert height is<4m, the hydraulic rammer shall be used for two times. 3. The slab culvert shall be backfilled to the top of the slab, and the circular pipe culvert shall be backfilled to 0.5m above the pipe top. 4. Backfill behind the culvert abutment shall be backfilled to the top of the culvert along the depth direction and to the culvert end along the axis direction of the culvert. Cohesive soil with a thickness of more than 1m must be set on both sides of the culvert end. 5. After backfilling, backfill the culvert top as soon as possible to the original preloading elevation. 6. When backfilling within 50cm of the culvert top, it is strictly prohibited to use heavy machinery for compaction, and impact rolling is not allowed within 1.50m. 7. When backfilling behind the abutment, special attention should be paid to the construction sequence and method, and the load balance method and slow filling method should be adopted. The displacement of culvert end shall be monitored at any time during filling. 8. The quantities are included in the Bill of Quantities for Bridgehead Subgrade Treatment Works. ...... 3 sheets in total (prepared in 2013)
