First of all, I wish you a happy New Year in advance! I wish you all good health in the new year, and the store is selling out!
Well, I have stayed in my current company for more than two years, including more than one year as an eBay employee. In April of 21 years, I was transferred to the Amazon department of the company. It has not been a year since I started working in Amazon. But I feel that I have grown a lot in the past few months, probably because I have done eBay, and I am very quick to learn from Amazon.
Since the department has not started work for more than a year and now plans to do projects, I was transferred to another new Amazon department. At present, I am the only one, explaining that the annual meeting will recruit teams. But I don't want to stay in this company anymore. (More than two years of watching the company reveal the true face of the capitalist bit by bit. Shush manually)
My idea now is to go out and look for a job when I come back in years. Because Amazon, the company we are now working for, does not have much strength. And I'm a little tired of staying in a company for so long. I want to go out to change the environment, learn new things and meet new colleagues.
Recently, I began to prepare my resume, so I sent a post to ask the big guy what aspects of the company he should pay attention to when looking for an Amazon operation job. Here are some points I think of. Please help me to add or correct them. Thank you!
1. Base salary. There should be some guarantee of life, otherwise there would be no food for pigs' feet.
2. Commission system. Profit? sales volume? Tips? Fixed or stepped? Time of issuance? Is there any lifting?
3. Company size. Is it better for a novice to find a small company, a medium-sized company or a large company?
4. What kind of products does the company have?
5. How often does the company launch and launch new products?
6. Is there anyone to take into the company?
What should I focus on when writing a resume? Is eBay going to be on your resume during that time? If I don't write it, I'm afraid it will be exposed if the interview company comes to recite it. If I don't write it, I'm afraid no one wants it.
PS: At eBay, the performance in all aspects was fairly good, and the performance in the group was relatively high. Of course, this performance is not a big deal for Amazon. After all, the size of the platform is different. The other thing is to help the team leader bring new people for more than a month. At that time, eBay's leaders wanted to keep me as the team leader, but I gave up. Amazon really has nothing to offer.
