Many netizens asked me what the configuration of my server is, and the network speed is very fast. In fact, I just wrote an article about my use of Tencent Cloud Edge Security Acceleration Platform EdgeOne, but I have no time to study it. As the next generation CDN product, Tencent Cloud EdgeOne, the first truly one-stop edge security acceleration product in the domestic market, Based on Tencent Cloud's global edge nodes, it provides domain name resolution, dynamic and static intelligent acceleration TCP/UDP four layer acceleration Edge integrated services such as DDoS/CC/Web/Bot protection and edge function computing can help customers respond to user requests more quickly, securely and flexibly. I used to only use CDN services before, but later I received an invitation to participate in the EdgeOne function test. The effect is really good, and there is no need for tedious settings.

For example, for the CDN set previously, you need to configure a function separately for each new site, while [EdgeOne] does not need to be so cumbersome. It has a global configuration, that is, the global configuration can be continued in the subsequent addition of new sites, and the functions can be configured separately for different sites, which is very practical. On the homepage, we log in to Tencent's cloud account information and search [EdgeOne] in the search bar, as shown in the figure:

After finding the [Edge Security Acceleration Platform EO], that is, [EdgeOne], first add a site. Click the left menu list and click the site list, as shown in the figure, to add domain name information, such as [liblog. cn]

Here it is said that the top-level domain name must be added, and the secondary domain name can be added in the subsequent configuration, such as [www.liblog. cn]. Click Next, we choose the package, and purchase according to the actual situation. Different packages have different functions, and my site is relatively small, so I choose the personal version. The price is as follows:

I have finished the purchase, click [Select Package] - [Bind to Purchased Package], as shown in the figure

Then select [Acceleration Area and Access Mode] to select whether to use it in China or in the whole country according to the actual situation. Because it is a personal station, select [Canme] as the access mode, as shown in the figure:

The next step is to verify the ownership of the domain name. You can choose [DNS resolution] or [File verification]. I choose to resolve DNS. This will be done soon. Just do a resolution and click Validate, as shown in the figure:

After passing the verification, you will be prompted [Congratulations! The site verification has passed], as shown in the figure, and the website acceleration function can be realized.

Start to configure the domain name and acceleration function, find the [Site List], click the right side to select the domain name just added, as shown:

At this time, we add the domain name we visited, as shown in the figure:

For example, if my site is [www.liblog. cn], just add [www]. If your site is [blog. liblog. cn], set [blog], domain name configuration, and select the accelerated domain name. For example, my site [www.liblog. cn] uses IP, sets the server IP address, and enables IPv6 access (optional). What I set for the back to source protocol is [protocol following], which is the setting for following the server, The last return source port defaults to [80, 443], as shown in the figure:

The recommended configuration is selected according to the actual situation. For example, my website needs to be accelerated, so I choose [Website Acceleration]. Of course, if your website is music or video, you can choose [Audio Video On Demand]. If it is WP personal blog station, you can directly choose [WordPress Website], as shown in the figure. After selecting, click Next:

After setting the configuration, we can resolve the [cname] of the domain name, as shown in the figure:

We can also set [EdgeOne] others without configuring the resolution, and wait for them to become effective before parsing. Self research on the [Security and Acceleration] menu functions, such as site acceleration, four tier proxy, original site configuration and rule engine, can be set according to the actual situation. We can set cache scheme, intelligent acceleration and other functions, as shown in the figure:

For some function settings, the video file (the video address is at the top of the article) is only for reference and does not represent the user. Well, after the settings are completed, let's see the effect of network speed delay, as shown in the figure:

Since many people are afraid of being attacked, which will cause them to be unable to make ends meet, we need to set the [Usage Capping Policy] separately. As shown in the figure, we add a capping policy to the usage policy, which is my own scheme. Set it according to the actual situation. After the cycle consumption exceeds the set threshold value, the service will be disabled. The capping policy is based on the statistics of sub domain dimensions. When the effective range is selected for the site or all sub domain names, it means that all sub domain names under the site share a capping policy. When the same domain name traffic policy and the number of requests policy exist at the same time, as long as one of them reaches the threshold, the domain name service will be triggered to stop.
