Operation process

1. Residents with the demand for replacement of old houses first communicate with the brokerage agencies on the list of the "old for new" alliance, and sign the "sell first" service agreement, and then select the desired new houses through the "old for new" alliance real estate project list.

2. The real estate development company, the real estate brokerage agency and the intended residents jointly signed a tripartite agreement of "the more first, the better". The residents paid the corresponding house purchase intention money to the new house project belonging to the "old for new" alliance, and signed a subscription agreement of "the better to buy". The real estate development company helped the residents to lock in the selected houses.

3. The real estate brokerage agency is responsible for verifying, inspecting, surveying and evaluating the old houses of residents, providing the sales guidance price of second-hand houses that meets the market transaction price, and assisting residents to sell the old houses through "online and offline" multi-channel within the agreed period according to the "sell first" service agreement.

4. If the old house is successfully sold within the agreed period, the residents shall complete the purchase of the designated new house, otherwise the developer has the right not to return the interest money; If the old house cannot be successfully sold within the agreed period, the real estate development company shall timely refund the residents' intention to purchase the house, and the residents need not bear the risk of default.
