I thought it was a Choco problem. It was not solved after uninstalling and reinstalling, or reinstalling from the Windows Store.

What's more, it seems that some people on the Chinese Internet have also raised this problem, but no solution has been found. A few questions were about Office, and the answers were basically "uninstalled and reinstalled" (MicroSoft forum).

Because I didn't know what the original English of the error was, I put it on hold for a long time.
