There are not many ways to get to Badaling Scenic Area. In addition to self driving tours, only suburban railway s2 and bus 877 are convenient. There are many black cars lying around the 887 bus station. Don't be cheated if you go to the Great Wall of Spicy Chicken Water or Juyongguan. "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a hero" refers to Badaling. What kind of rubbish is the Great Wall of Water.
Three people in our party directly took a taxi to Didi, and it cost more than 140 yuan to get to Badaling, including 20 yuan for expressway.
Enter the scenic spot
Private vehicles are not allowed to go up the mountain in the scenic area. All vehicles are parked at the parking place at the foot of the mountain. Tourists can take the free shuttle bus to go up the mountain. The shuttle bus has two stops, both of which can climb the mountain, but only the last stop can take the return shuttle bus. As for lazy toys like cable car or pulley, if you are not old, weak or disabled, you'd better climb by yourself.
Of course, it is also possible to drive a private car up the mountain. Go directly to the villagers who are selling non-stop, and they will take you up the mountain from the highway tunnel on one side, at the cost of having to reserve lunch in his hotel. These villagers directly blocked the exit of a tunnel with a mound of earth, and only the cars in the village could pass through.
As for the process of ticket checking, there is nothing to say, just paste the ID card on the gate and swipe it. Children can also check tickets with the physical tickets they exchange, so don't worry.
Climb the South Tower
The North Tower of the Great Wall is quite famous and popular, and the legendary Hero Slope is also in the North Tower. We can't say we have climbed the Great Wall without climbing the North Tower, so we decided to climb the South Tower first.
The opening length of the south building is relatively short, but the slope is not small. Every time people climb a tower, they will have a rest to replenish their strength. This uncle is no exception, although this is the first floor in the south.

Climb the North Tower
The North Tower, the most famous section of the Great Wall, is crowded. The flow of people over the years has polished the city bricks on the ground into smooth depressions, which can be said to be another miracle.

Down the mountain from the Bear Paradise, there are some animal breeding facilities at the exit, and there are several bears inside.
At the gate of the Bear Paradise, you can either go ahead and take the 877 bus back to the city, or walk right back to the shuttle bus for lunch. There are Kaifeng cuisine and Qingfeng steamed stuffed buns in the hotel of the shuttle bus station. The price is not too outrageous. The whole family of Kaifeng cuisine orders online, which is just over 100.
