1、 About land acquisition management fees (land acquisition and relocation management fees):
（1） Land acquisition management fees refer to the management fees paid by the land use unit on the basis of the total amount of land acquisition fees by the land management department of the people's government above the county level according to the legal management authority and entrusted by the land use unit to take charge of, organize, and handle the relevant matters of land acquisition for various construction projects in a lump sum manner.
