In 1998, according to Ning Guo Zi Qi Fa [1998] No. 137, the state-owned enterprise was changed into a limited liability company held by employees. After the reform, the company was renamed Ningxia Qinglong Pipeline Co., Ltd. On March 1, 1999, it obtained the Business License for Enterprise Legal Person (No. 6400001200228) issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. On August 8, 2007, after being approved and registered by the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the company was changed into a joint-stock company as a whole, and the company was renamed as Ningxia Qinglong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd.
On August 3, 2010, with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission's ZJXK [2010] No. 904 document, the company publicly issued 35 million ordinary shares in RMB on July 26, 2010 and listed them on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
