How to use Siri
Raise your wrist and speak to the Apple Watch. To turn off the "wrist lift conversation" function, open the "Settings" app on the Apple Watch , tap Siri, and then close the Wrist Raising Dialogue. Say "Hey Siri" or just "Siri" and then say your request. To turn off Ask Siri, open the Settings app on the Apple Watch , tap Siri, tap "Wake up with 'Siri' or 'Hey Siri'", and then select "Close". [Note] Using only "Siri" is not available in some languages and regions. Press and hold the digital crown until you see that you are listening to the indicator, and then say the request. To turn off the "press the digital crown" function, open the "Settings" app on the Apple Watch , tap Siri, and then turn off "Press Digital Crown".
Select the way Siri answers
Always on: Siri can read replies even when the Apple Watch is in silent mode. Control with mute mode: When the Apple Watch is set to silent mode, Siri will mute the reply. Headphones only: Siri reads the reply only when the Apple Watch is connected to the Bluetooth headset.

Type to use Siri and Siri pause time
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Go to Accessibility>Siri and open Type to use Siri. If you want Siri to wait longer for you to finish speaking, please tap "Longer" or "Longest" under "Siri Pause Time".
Delete Siri History
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Tap Siri, tap Siri History, and then tap Delete Siri History.
