Using auxiliary touch on Apple Watch

Set "Auxiliary Touch"
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Go to Accessibility>Auxiliary Touch, then turn on Auxiliary Touch. Tap Gesture and turn on Gesture. Prompt To learn how to use gestures, tap Learn More below the Gesture switch, and then tap each gesture. When you tap a gesture, interactive animation will show you how to execute and perfect the gesture.
Use Apple Watch with auxiliary touch control
Tap: forward Double click: return Grip: Lighter Hold it twice: Display the Operation Menu
Hold it twice to activate the Auxiliary Touch. Highlights appear around the "Music" complex function. Tap three times to move to the "Fitness Record" complex function, and then grip it to tap it. When the Fitness Record app opens, hold it twice to display the Operation Menu. Tap to select the System action, tap again to select the Scroll Up action, and then grip to select it. Grip to scroll to the next screen. Double click each other to display the Operation Menu. Tap to move forward between operations; Click twice to move backward. Select the "press the crown" operation, and then hold it once to return to the dial.
Use Action Pointer
When the dial is displayed, hold it twice to activate the Auxiliary Touch. Hold it twice again to display the Operation Menu. The "following crown" operation will be selected. Grip to select the "press crown" action and open the main screen. Hold twice to display the Action Menu, tap to move to the Interactive action, and then hold to tap it. The Action Pointer should be selected. Grip to open the Action Pointer. The cursor appears on the screen. Tilt the watch and place the cursor on the bottom edge of the screen to scroll down. Hold the cursor briefly over the Stopwatch App to open it. Hold the cursor over the Start button to tap it. To return to the dial, hold it twice to display the Action Menu, tap to select the "press crown" action, and then hold it to tap it.
Using Quick Actions
Open the Settings app on Apple Watch 。 Go to Accessibility>Quick Operations and select an option. You can choose to make quick actions always available, only available when Auxiliary Touch is enabled, or turn them off. You can also choose a "full" look (display banners and highlight action buttons) or a "minimalist" look (highlight buttons but no banners).
Adjust auxiliary touch settings
Custom gestures: Tap "Gesture", tap a gesture, and then select an operation or Siri shortcut command. Custom action pointer: Tap Action Pointer, and then adjust the settings for sensitivity, enabling time, movement tolerance, and trigger edge. Scan style: Select the scanning mode between "Automatic" (the operation will automatically highlight the mark in succession) or "Manual" (move between operations with gestures). appearance: Turn on High Contrast to thicken the highlight. Tap Color to choose a different highlight color. Custom menu: Add your favorite actions, adjust the position and size of the Action Menu, and change the auto scroll speed. Confirm through auxiliary touch: Open to use the "Auxiliary Touch" to confirm payment by password or any operation that requires pressing the side button twice to continue.
